Location we ship to

Currently, kgrills only ships to the continental U.S. and does not offer to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any P.O. box, or other countries.

Processing Time:

  • It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
  • Generally, your order may take up to 3 business days to process.

Shipping Cost & Transit Time

  • Kgrills provide free standard Shipping service for all online orders.
  • Shipping time varies by region/logistics, but it takes an average of 3-8 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

Tracking

  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping might experience delay due to covid-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email service@kgrills.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

Before the product has been a ship, we can arrange an unconditional refund for you. For any order cancellations, you may contact us on the provided contact details. All cancellations will be accepted given orders are not yet dispatched.
